You may already be aware that there have been many updates for Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager 2003.
While at this point we generally recommend to move directly to Outlook 2007 and BCM 2007, I'd like to provide you with some links for BCM 2003 updates.
As of 10/15/2006, the current release is Business Contact Manager Update Service Pack 3. We recommend that you upgrade to this level prior to posting any issues.

BCM V2 Update - install this first before you do anything else
BCM & Small Business Accounting 2006 SP3 - This is the latest service pack for both BCM 2003 and SBA 2006
BCM Mobile for Pocket PC, Windows Mobile 2002, and Windows Mobile 2003 - you do not want this download if you are using Windows Mobile 5.0
BCM Mobile beta for Windows Mobile 5.0 supports BCM 2003 and BCM 2007 - you do not want this download if you are running any version earlier than Windows Mobile 5.0
