Effortlessly capturing information into Outlook 2003 BCM
We would like to recommend Anagram as a tool to effortlessly capture information into BCM.
Here is how it should be setup.
First, download Anagram from Getanagram.com. While it is not a free application, it's a 45-day trial and you will certainly want to buy it. We partnered with Textual because we love this product and recommend it to everyone.
Next, run the installer.
I will assume for now that you already have a functioning installation of BCM. If not, we can help you with that through our remote support feature.
Open Outlook 2003.
Right-click on the Anagram icon in your system tray and choose Utils -> Target Apps. Then choose the Outlook tab. Click on Default Folders and choose Browse. Select your Business Contacts folder and click OK. Now click OK on all windows of Anagram.

Testing Anagram
Select any existing contact information in an e-mail signature or elsewhere. You might as well try it with our contact information. Just highlight the text below and quickly press Ctrl-C twice as if you were copying this text to your clipboard. If that's done correctly, Anagram will automatically open a BCM window and enter my contact information into it.
