Verbal communication skills

• You will record a solution to a problem into a designated voicemail box.
• In explaining the solution, you will limit your use of technical jargon to absolute minimum.

Written communication skills

• You will record a written resolution to a problem into a designated email box
• In explaining the solution, you will limit your use of technical jargon to absolute minimum.

Troubleshooting skills

• You will have a period of time during which to find a solution to a problem involving a technology that you likely do not use on a daily basis.
• This problem will then be used to test your communication skills.
