Our suite of Emergency Response services is about enabling you to get back to working on your business in the fastest possible time. You can certainly do it yourself, but consider how long it will take and that your business is at stake.

When your toilet clogs up you have two options - get a toilet auger for $7 at a hardware store or call a plumber.

When you have a tire failure you have two options - use the scissor jack that came with your car and brave the elements while changing your own tire or call a tow truck.

When you have a disk drive failure, it's easy to begin panicking. After all, you probably don’t know about how the data is stored what tools are available, and how to recover data safely. You'll then go through the process of trying to find the best utility and find that they are not cheap. You'll then go through the process of finding a way to mount your drive, and find that while there are many options, none of them document how to do it and presume that you already have professional knowledge.

When you fire someone, you may want to know what that person did in her last few days of employment. Did she send some data to your competitors or perhaps she deleted her hot sales leads from your system. In other words, you may want to what was that employee’s intent and what potential damage was inflicted?

When your servers die, will you know what to do? Are you willing to spend days rummaging through information on how to rebuild Exchange servers or how to troubleshoot NTFRS errors?

Lastly, sometimes you just need a digital locksmith. It is significantly faster to let us reset the password than it is to attempt to guess it. We often come recommended to a business after the prior IT professional left under less than amiable circumstances. It takes about 0-5 minutes to recover a workstation password and about 30 minutes to get the domain controller password.

As a Microsoft Small Business Specialist Partner, we have the ability to call Microsoft on your behalf 24/7 to open an incident at no extra charge. That same phone call placed by you would cost $490. Our strong relationship with Microsoft provides us with a very powerful safety net in the form of unlimited resources available to enable us to successfully rebuild your business if there is even a remote chance of recovery.
