Leonid S. Knyshov founded Crashproof Solutions, LLC in February of 2002.

Prior to launching the firm, he spent many years in the Information Technology industry acquiring the wealth of experience in various different fields. Leonid worked in many different industries.

He started his career by becoming the IT Manager of Kiyomura Ishimoto Associates, a boutique San Francisco Public Relations firm. He then moved on to become a Network Administrator at a prominent Silicon Valley law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. After succeeding at WSGR, he became a Sr. Network and Systems Administrator at VerticalNet, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed software company that was recognized as the innovator in B2B supply chain management and B2B procurement markets.

Leonid has broad skillset including specific skills in marketing, sales, and business analytics. His technical skillset requires using a printed page of text. Briefly, however, his expertise lies in his ability to understand the big picture of a complex software solution and ability to align software with a streamlined business plan. The most current technical skillset can be summarized as fulfilling the full requirements of MCSE 2003:Messaging.

He is certified on Microsoft Exchange 2003, Microsoft SBS 2003, Cisco CCNA, Sun SCSA, and Neverfail NCIE.

In addition to this business, he operates other businesses in unrelated fields.
